My chevy s10's radiator blew I replaced it... Drove about 8 miles home. Truck sat overnight. Drove about 10 miles the next day and it wouldn't start back up. The dealership says it's either a blow head gasket or engine. If that's the case why no water or oil drip? how did it drive the 18ish miles after radiator blew?

1999 Chevy S10 4.3L starting Problem... My truck doesn't start after it has sat for a while, usually after it sits overnight. Typically it starts after a little starting fluid.

It sounds like the fuel drainback valve is allowing fuel pressure to bleed off overnight. In some cases you can add an external one, in others a new fuel pump is required to be installed, check with your favorite mechanic.

You will need to check fuel pressure first off. It sounds like the fuel system is bleeding off after you shut the truck off. The most common points of bleed off is the fuel pump and the fuel pressure regulator.
Also with all of the time it has sat you may need to run all of the gas you have out of it and fill it up with freash fuel!

Sounds as if the head gasket is leaking compression pressures into the cooling system. It seems that this problem has just occurred recently. This can be checked at your rad shop. They have a tool that uses a chemical solution that changes color if there is any engine gases present in the coolant.
