My passenger side window fell down and I was told I have to replace the whole window. Is this true? I have a 2007 Jeep Liberty with only 30000 miles on it. Will Chrysler pay for the repair?

Hi , if you have a coil spring fitted it could be weaker than the other side . When replacing them its better doing them as a pair.

The window regulator needs to be replaced. It is a very common problem with jeep liberty.

If one disc is wearing down more than others, a possible cause could be a sticking brake calipar, or more pressure is going to that brake than the other ones.

I usually spray guide tracks with a silicone spray. It works pretty well. Up north where I am, when sprayed on door seals it keeps doors from freezing closed as well!

It is the switch wear you roll up and down the windows. Get the switch replace and that should solve the problem.
