PRNDL SWITCH PROBLEM IS E91 ACCORDING TO THE BOOK, I LOOKED IT UP IN.
PRNDL stands for Park, Reverse, Neutral, Drive, Low, the same things found on your automatic transmission shifter labels.
The switch is probably bad. Replace it or check connections to it, or check that the Reverse lights go on when the indicator says it is in Reverse on the Dash.
SES light may be on due to this problem.
Maybe not rotated or calibrated right to the shifting positions. I never had this problem in a 1990 Cadillac Deville which is similar to yours.
The E98 is P/N to D/R In ISC (Idel Speed Control) Range problem. This code will not trigger a service light.
The F47 is Refrigerent System Problem. This code turns on the Service Air Cond light, and switched the Climate Control from Auto to Economy.
