Disconnect the battery negative - cable for 1 hour. If the lights come back on after you connect the battery cable and drive the car for awhile, read this. http://www.paulstravelpictures.com/GM-ABS-TCS-Off-Dash-Warning-Lights/index.html

The brakes on my 2004 Gran Prix make a squeal and the petal goes to the floor when I stop sometimes and then while attempting to drive to work they were doing it none stop. Then the ABS light came on along...

Hi , Sounds like you need new pads on the front. That squealing is a indicator that th brakes need to be replaced. Also you need to check the computer codes for your brakes system. Go to a repair shop for that. Good luck.

Hello on my pontiac grand prix i want to changwe my brake pads but i dnt know if i have to be careful with the tire control system

Nope, the traction control system will not be an issue, just do not damage or strain any wiring, same as you would not damage or stress the brake lines.

How do i change the brake pads on a 2005 grand prix pontiac

remove the caliper, by removing the two holding bolts, then use a old brake pad against the pistons and a c clamp and push piston all the way in, next is to clean and lube pad mounting surface and the caliper slide pin, then install new pads on bracket then caliper and tighten caliper bolts, heres a diagram to help you,98c6b31.jpg150490f.jpg
