I would guess that would be check engine light. That means your vehicle is not running all systems properly. You should get a diagnostic to determine the cause.

After we replacing timing chain this not starting,what could be the problem.

I'd say the timing marks are not as they should be. This means the chain is not quite in the right position on the camshaft sprocket(s), relative to the crankshaft.

2005 Nissan Micra start when push but not with the key and there is power

Not an expert on non-us Nissans, but there should be a clutch switch to prevent you from cranking the engine in gear.
I would check the circuit with that switch.

Flashing check engine light

Flashing is bad, the engine is misfiring....you may have already damaged the cat converter by driving that way. Get it repaired before more damage is done.
