Removal of truck radio

I have a 1988 chevy siverado c1500 truck and i'm replacing the ac delco factory radio with another ac delco but I don't where the fixed wire on the back of the radio goes - I do know from looking at the replacement that it plugs in somewhere under the dash

There are two, if it's 1/4 inch round it goes to the antena if it's a single black wire connected by itself in the middle radio it's the ground and connects to the chassis. All other wires run into the connecter and feed speakers and has the power to it.

I don't have power going to my AC. The diagram was lost. I need to know where the fuse is for it.

The circuit is on a 25 amp fuse in the power box under the hood. A brown wire goes from the fuse to the a/c relay. I would look at all of the 25 amp fuses. Most should be 15 or 20 amp.

Try Doctor Don's. He is an AC Delco expert who can repair a lot of AC Delco radios. He put some new amps into my Radio/CD player for my 1990 Cadillac Deville so it would play in my AC Delco Radio's place. He really knows what he is doing when it comes to radios.

www.doctordons.com is his website.

Good luck on this repair.
