Well I dont know that car, but if you know where the camshaft is (middle of the engine) look where the front cam gear is. Its got to pick up a signal from the gear/magnet.

2010 buick enclave...need to know location of camshaft position sensor

I think some people (myself included) are confused between camshaft and crankshaft position sensors. I believe their are 4 camshaft position sensors in 2 banks, I’d like to know all these locations as I have p0014 and p0021 corresponding to both banks of CAM shaft sensors. Where are these locations please? I have 2009 Enclave also.

Where is the tempurture cooling sensor located on a 1994 buick regal

The coolant temperature sensor is a thermistor mounted in the engine coolant stream. A thermistor is an electrical device that varies its resistance in relation to changes in temperature.

For 2.5L engines, the coolant temperature sensor is located on the left side of the cylinder head.

For MFI engines, the coolant temperature sensor is located on the intake manifold water jacket or near (or on) the thermostat housing.

When my 94 Regal GS frequently wouldn't start for 30 minutes to an hour after being driven, it was the crankshaft positioning sensor that needed to be replaced. I also replaced the harmonic balance pulley. The car ran more smoothly and started everytime.

Does a 2002 buick regal have a ignition position sensor

Hello trhino69.

The Regal has two position sensors.
One on the crankshaft and another on the camshaft.
If the crankshaft sensor isn't reading it will not start.
On the other hand if the camshaft sensor isn't reading it will start but the fuel injectors will revert to non-sequential firing.
The crankshaft sensor is mounted at the crankshaft harmonic balancer.
It is #4 in the diagram below.

1998 buick regal, wont idle ,it acts like its getting to much fuel, every time we start it just shuts off replaced mass air flo sensor but thats not it?

It seems like it needs the idle control position sensor or the camshaft or crankshaft position sensors. Take to autoparts store for free scan for trouble code.
