Your car probably just needs wiper fluid and since the amount is low,the sensor inside the tank is letting you know to add some.it should turn off as soon as you fill it up with washer fluid if that is what the light looks like.hope this info helps.good luck and take care, manny

Where is wiper fuse for 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage

The wiper fuse for a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage is located in the passenger compartment fuse box. The fuse box is located under the instrument panel on the left side, for left-hand drive cars. And on the right, for right-hand drive cars. The wiper fuse is labeled "WIPER" or "WINDSHIELD WIPER". It is a 15 amp fuse. To replace the wiper fuse, you will need a small flathead screwdriver. Open the fuse box cover. Locate the wiper fuse. Use the screwdriver to pry the wiper fuse out of the fuse socket. Install the new wiper fuse into the fuse socket. Close the fuse box cover. If your windshield wipers are not working, it is possible that the wiper fuse is blown. You can check the wiper fuse by looking at it. If the metal strip in the center of the fuse is broken, then the fuse is blown and needs to be replaced. You can also check the wiper fuse by using a multimeter. Set the multimeter to the "ohms" setting. Touch the positive lead of the multimeter to the metal strip on one end of the fuse. Touch the negative lead of the multimeter to the metal strip on the other end of the fuse. If the multimeter reads "0 ohms", then the fuse is good. If the multimeter reads "OL", then the fuse is blown and needs to be replaced. Once you have replaced the wiper fuse, your windshield wipers should start working again.

2013 ford escape driver side wiper goes up n stops turn key off Nan back on wiper goes down passenger side does not move

Pop your hood and remove the plastics between your hood and windshield.
Then look at the windshield wiper mechanical assembly. Most likely one of the snap-on connectors came off.
To remove your wipers pull up the plastic cover that attaches to the post that sticks out and also turns your wiper blades next remove the nut on top. Next pull up on the arm (it might be tight) to remove your wiper blade holders. Assembly is just in the reverse order.
If you have never done this before its not hard just be patient and look at what your doing.
Most parts can be bought online and installed by vehicle owners.

2006 hhr passenger side windshield wiper not moving but drivers side is fine??

First remove the complete passenger side wiper check and make sure splines on wiper are not stripped. If this is not the problem It could be a linkage bar from the wiper motor to the wiper off or disconected. Since both wipers share the same motor if one works the other should. Check this by removing both wipers and then "Cawl" (little black piece between the hood and windshield underneath the wipers) Underneath the cawl you should be able to see the windshield wiper motor, and linkage bar to both of the wipers. See if the bar is disconected from the passenger side. If it is than reconnect it. These are the only two possible scenarios.

Windshield wipers don't work, fuses are ok but wipers will not come on. Check engine light is on.

Check Engine light and Wipers are not interconnected. For Check Engine light, there may be some sensor signal problem.

For wipers, if the fuses are good, then you have to look out burnout wiper motor. Check for the multi-function switch to operate the wipers may lost its contact points or any wiring cut.

I an '03 Chevy Venture van whose windshield wipers won't go down.

Your windshield arm is in need of repositioning. Take off the cap on the windshield arm and loosen the nut under the cap. Reposition the arm so that it faces 180 degrees flat to the passenger side of the car. Tighten the nut. This should solve the problem you've described.

I changed the relay fuse to my windshield wipers and the knob and my wipers still wont work on my 98 plymoth grand voyager what should i check

Turn wipers on (veh in "on" or "acc" position)
Disconnect the electrical connection at the windshield wiper motor (located in the engine compartment on the fire wall) and check for voltage. If you have voltage, there is a good possibility your windshield wiper motor is bad.
You may also: Disconnect the electrical connection at the windshield motor and run a heavy gauge wire directly from the positive side of the battery to the motor. If you get the windshield motor to come on. There may be only a wiring (short) problem between the relay and the motor.

97 hyundai tiburon dash lights speedo and rpm dont work. airbag and check engine do. also cruise the light dont even come on and windshield washer fluid dont work wipers do. could these possibly be...

Start with the engine. Open the bay and look in the direction of the firewall. There has to be a connection going to your dash there somewhere. Try pushing and pulling, maybe you will pinch the right cable. If that did not work, try taking a multimeter and looking for broken connections.

Windshield wipers not parking

The problem could be a bent parking pall bracket. This is usually caused when you wipe snow from windshield using the wipers instead of brushing off. You need to remove both wipers and the cover from the drivers side. Remove the cover over the wiper motor assembly (held by a plastic button). On the right side of the wiper mechanism is a small tab (part of the wiper bracket). This tab needs to be straight for the wiper park pall to rest against.Carefully hammer this tab straight (or you may have to replace bracket, big job) Then cycle the wiper and you will see the assembly return to park position. Re-install all parts in reverse order.
Hope this works for you.
