It could be that the fuel sending unit is not working. Also check this information on fuel line recall:
FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERYRecall Date: 10/26/2009

• Summary: JAGUAR IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010 VEHICLES. THE FUEL TRANSFER PIPE IN THE FUEL TANK MAY BE KINKED. THIS MAY RESTRICTS FUEL BEING TRANSFERRED FROM ONE SIDE OF THE FUEL TANK TO THE FUEL PUMP CAUSING FUEL STARVATION AT LOW FUEL LEVELS.

Order and components of fuel system:
Fuel tank (fuel neck, gauze, chambers within the sheet metal fuel tank, fuel delivery line, return line) fuel pump assembly, fuel filter, intake manifold.

To replace fuel pump,the assembly has to be removed out,also its advisable to replace fuel filter while replacing fuel pump,if it as not replaced before.

Typically Jaguar fuel pumps are the submerged type (i.e. in the fuel tank) so you will need to remove the fuel tank or there might be a panel in the the tank that you can remove to get the the fuel pump. Good luck.

this is the fuel pump itself that has failed, replace it. It is located inside the fuel tank and is sold as a module assembly about $675
BOSCH Part # 67935 {Fuel Pump Assembly}
or as just a pump which you splice into the old sender assembly fuel pump module for around $120
AIRTEX Part # E2314 {In Tank Electric Fuel Pump}
Strainer included with pump.

your joking ,ECU diagram ,now thats like asking the queen for the keys to the crown jewels,If no grnd for the fuel pump then you have a problem with the alarm system

The 1993 and 1994 XJ6 Fuel Pump Relay is located in the trunk of the vehicle on the right hand rear side. It is light blue and black in color.
