Hi my name is Tom and I can help you.

Driving with your emergency brake on is only going to affect your rear brakes. There is a cable running from the emergency brake lever to your rear brakes.

You did not say how long you drove with the emergency brake on, but even a short distance and you forced the front brakes to do the work of stopping the car. This causes overuse which translates to heat. When the brakes over heat they "fade" and do not stop the car effectively.

In addition the heavy load of doing all the stopping causes the brakes not to realign. Therefore, when you go around corners the brakes pads will rub against the rotors.

I would suggest you get the brakes looked at or look at them yourself. I can help you do the job but I would need to talk to you directly. Let me know what I can do to help.

I got in an acciden my car drove fine right after but a few minutes later the steering wheel wouldnt turn the tires anymore, what could it be?

If he hit you hard he probably hit the front wheel. If yes, the most likely problem is the track rod ends. These are adjustable links that connect the wheels to the steering rack assembly. They connect to the wheel hub behind the brake disc with ball joint pivots that can snap if hit too hard.
The impact from an accident can create a shock wave of damage so there could be damage to the steering rack as well as the suspension links and ball joints.

Grinding noise in front end

Have the brake pads checked, if they are ok you may have a faulty wheel bearing.

I had a similar problem, it turned out to be the front U joints. Have them checked very soon! I drove mine for a while before fixing and my tires were ready to fall off. Could have caused a very bad accident.

Screeching noise coming from driver side tire

The high pitch sound may come from the brake pads as metal parts hit the disc to signal the owner that it needs change. The metal parts gets exposed when the pads have worn out. The brake also has a hub to cover the disc. See if the metal plate is hitting it but this issue would appear when the wheels are in motion. Check if it is the belts, have the tension checked out. Other than that the bearings are the other items on your wheel that could cause a high pitched sound when you car is in motion.

My front tire is sqeeling and somtimes my car putts when i'm on the highway and sometimes there is smoke from the tire area but not under the hood what is it and what can i do to fix it

"squeal" noise could be low tire pressures, or even low brake warning sensors on the brake pads. Squeal with foot OFF of the brake pedal, and goes away on brake application. Hope this helps
