Cartrigde type is locted at the top of the crossmember just forward of the gas tank on driver side of the vehicle,,,,,,,,non cartradge type located on front of the fuel tank..

Cabin Air Filter 2015 Gmc Savana 3500 cutaway

Not all of them have a cabin filter it depends on the plant that built the vehicle, Pull the glove box down and look behind it, if you see a little access door 2" x 10" that can be removed then you have a cabin filter if there is a solid plastic area that's not a access door your vehicle doesn't have one.

sounds like the pump died after that filet being clogged! fuse and relay are in the fuse block under the hood drivers side fender wall. ecm-b fuse g12 - f11 is what is said the location was! hopefully this helps

No start, Fuel Pressure ok , no spark, No signal to coil

Try taking the ECM Fuse out for 2 or 3 Minutes and see what you got. Worked on my 1995 Silverado with Throttle Body Injection with the same Problem.
