97 previa doesn't start, although it does make clicking noises.
First you want to check your battery cables for acid buildup, Then find out if the battery has cranking amps. Last the starter solenoid could be malfunctioning. All of these can be checked out but some will need to be removed.
Your battery is in need of charge, or there is a bad connection (corrosion) at the terminals. Try to jump start, check connections. If you still can't start it, bring the battery to a store for a free check of it's condition. Let me know if this does not solve the problem.
