Honda Jazz/Fit 2006. After replacing the battery the "Auto" function on the drivers electric window no longer works. How do I reset the electric windows function?
Dear Madam or Sir,
you re-initialise the system by moving the window upwards and hold the button for four seconds. Then move down the window and hold the button for another four seconds. Turn ignition off , wait two seconds. Now the auto function should be operable.
Yup you need to re-initialize.
But the way i did it was open the window fully then Close the window fully then turn off the ignition. Then viola when you start the car again it is fixed.
