Are parts hard to get for the 1992 oldsmobile 88

Some parts are hard to get for ANY 18-year-old car. Routine maintenance items (belts, hoses, bearings, etc) should be fine.
Plastic trim pieces, weatherstripping, etc might be a little harder to come by. Durable parts (door handles, body panels, etc) you might have to get from an auto recycler (junkyard).

1992 Oldsmobile 88 Royale.... won't start, but all lights come on

Try turning the key to the on postion-not crank, just to he postion right before cranking. leave it in that postion for 15 min, Do this three and after the third time go ahead an try to start it. Hopefully this will reset your security for you.

1992 oldsmobile 88, my brakes lock up; anti-lock light is on; abs light is on; had new brakes put on but they are locking up too. They make my car grind to a halt.

You have a bad ABS unit most likely. It could be a mastercylinder, but with the light on I would go with ABS unit. Sometimes unplugging it and leaving it unplugged will help. I have seen this work 3 out of 5 times.
