Pontiac has new tires and still has a loud roar in the front, gets louder the faster you go. Sounds like a plane taking off or something.

Wheel bearing? If you turn left and it gets louder. It is the right wheel bearing. And vice versa.

The roaring noise in the front end with a vibration, the faster you go the louder the roaring and vibration

Did it do this before things were replaced? Did you replace the half shafts (driveshafts)?

Roaring sound front left wheel, maybe a wheel bearing?

It could be the the wheel bearing...again, as you said. I also would like to know if you had the front end aligned when you changed the wheel bearing. If the tires have excessive wear on the outside or inside tread, you are out of alignment and BOTH wheel bearings need to be changed! It could also be the brakes wearing thin...check it out!

Ok so i have a loud roaring sound when i get above 50km an hour. It sounds like a normal sound of a car but louder then it should be. and it gets louder at 70 to 80 and then after that it a little softer

it could be a wheel bearing, or tire? but that a guess from a guy on the net that hasnt seen the car. See if you can find out front, rear, right, left.

sounds to me like its a cv joint. if the rubber boot gets damaged in any way, dirt gets in there and really does some damage. check the boot really good. if you dont see any holes or anything it might just be the wheel bearing. id take it to a mechanic and ask him to just look at it. usually they wont charge ya.

Roaring sound comming from front of car

The deeper or bolder the tread cut will cause more 'road noise'. The only solution would be to replace tires with manufature recommended tread design. You could also increase insulation under your carpetting or spray on "body insulation" on firewall to dampen the sound.
