Sounds like a short in the circuit, which may or may not be in the steering wheel. It might be, if hitting the horn button actually stops it for a while. Be careful with the airbag and remove the fuse before messing with it- I've heard a slight short will set it off.
Some manufactures offer extended warranty, check to see if yours is current. It sounds very serious, I suspect that the timing chain/belt has come off, the clunk you hear is the piston moving up to hit an open valve, don't try turning it anymore untill a mechanic can confirm, I have seen a valve crack a piston from them trying to crank it with a broken timing chain. I'm sorry to bear the bad news, Hope I'm wrong, let me know what happens. Good luck
one of you two fuel fliters is clogged one is a vertival black can with gas lines running into the bottom and, exiting the top it is on the right side of your engine the other one is in your fuel tank it is on very tight and is hard to remove without damage so i suggest you take you car to an oil change shop a mechanic will cost too much to do the job
first off was it raining if could have debris on brake pads and rotors if not under heavy braking for that amount of time you would heat your pads to the point of burning wich the metalic in the pad gets glazed as does the rotor after cooling down it would be normal again but your brakes work with friction wich stops you as far as the pulling one or both of your calipers should be serviced to grease up sliding points one is hanging up
THE ISSUE IS THE FUEL PUMP IS SUCKING AIR, DO YOU HAVE ANY DAMAGE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE GAS TANK? THAT MAY HAVE KNOCKED LOOSE THE INTERNAL BAFFLE THAT PREVENTS THIS ISSUE
