IT IS LIKE A WINING NOISE IT LAST FOR ABOUT HALF A MINUTE THEN IT STOPS

Have you checked the fan belts? They may be a little loose and needs to be tighten. When its loosen it makes a whining noise

no its not my fan belt the noise is difinetly coming from in under and arond tthis area .could you tell me if my vaccum pump is located around this area,or is it belt driven of the motor.

The vacuum pump is not belt driven, it is electronic stand alone that doesnt go to the belt. But it can really be the vacuum pump you hearing just the side of the air cleaner.

The low pressure cycle switch is located under the air filter housing. It is attached to the accumulator drier. the drier is a canister with two aluminum lines and this sensor attached to it .
