2000 Plymouyh Grand Voyager Engine will not start(turn over) just the dash lights come on. started once and died got it started again ran for 4 seconds and died again, now will not turn over.

You need an auto electrician to diagnose this. They will connect a professional grade scan tool computer, and find the issue. You can't guess stuff like this.

sound like fuel pump failing if its the original fuel pump.

Sounds like you might have a problem with the anti theft system.

sending unit in tank or gauge on dash may be faulty
check engine light should come on if engine dies

This engine is electronically controlled so the first thing that must be done here is to have the systems control computer tested for fault codes and then do the proper diagnostics based on those codes.

lock all doors and trunk then use key fob to lock all doors and set alarm ,then wait few minutes and unlock vehicle and try to start

Check the wires, could be grounding out somewhere. Make sure wire casing is not cracked or worn away.

What you have the cap and rotor.could be bad use good one.

the controls always click when you change the setting as it is electronic, don't panic, but you should ask your ex as he is well up in voyager' s and the back seat not folding down properly!!!!!

i can tell you its not the fuel pump.if you smell fuel then the pump is working right,you may have a weak crankshaft sensor though which would keep it from starting and running. but its definately not the fuel pump maybe you have water in your gas
