Mcdevito75 here, As far as I know there is no adjustment for the serpentine belt, an idler pully keeps tension on the belt automatically. Look for a rather small very shiny pully with either a bolt on the front of it or a cutout for a 1/2 drive ratchet or T bar to move this idler pully. If your serpentine belt does not have the correct tension you may have to replace the idler or tension pully. Your local parts store may be able to help.
Really don't need a diagram. Loosen the slide bolts on the power steering pump. loosen or tighten the pump by turning the jack screw (long transverse bolt) under the pump. Once the belt is tightened up, lock down the slide bolts and you are finished.
