The hub, bearing, and ABS sensor are a single unit on this vehicle. You need to remove the wheel, brake rotor & caliper [don't disconnect the brake hose from the caliper, just support it out of the way] and then remove the large nut that holds the axle shaft in the hub assembly. Once you have all this loose or removed you'll find that the hub is held on with 3 fairly large capscrews that come in from the backside of the steering knuckle that the hub attaches too. Assembly is just the reverse of the process. Make sure you tighten all the bolts and nuts securely with a torque wrench [I don't have the torque spec's here] I apply threadlocker to all of these bolts as they are vital to safety. I only use OEM hubs on these as I've had the best luck with them and the ABS sensors inside of them.

I have a 1994 GMC K1500 Sierra :5.7L 350CI V8 and I have a worn front wheel bearing and I took the hub off and saw that the inner bearing is in peices, Now I cant find where to find the bearing,, All I can...

the bearing hub is a pre-assembled unit it has to be pressed together and the bearings have to be preloaded that is why you can only buy the hub assy. and it a whole lot easier to replace then the old 4X4 ft. wheel bearings.HAVE FUN

95 gmc sierra k1500 4x4 5spd manual noise

the leak is probably a separate issue from the noise. is the leak very bad? can you tell if it's engine oil or transmission lube/fluid? most likely the rear main bearing seal needs replacing. the noise is most likely the clutch release bearing. you should replace all components of the clutch assembly which include; clutch plate, pressure plate, release bearing and piolot bearing. also have the fly wheel resurfaced. while the trans is out, you can check the rear main seal and the trans input shaft seal and replace accordingly.
