First check the fuse. Then check wires to horn which would be close to the radiator on drivers side. If the wires are good and fuse is good, then either the switch in the steering wheel is bad, or the horn is bad. You can test power to the horn with a voltmeter. If there is no power, and fuse is good, then the switch is bad.
If there is power to the horn and horn don't work. Then horn is bad.
