I bought a 2006 lexus LS 430. it was salvaged but rebuilt with a 2005 LS 430 front clip. There is some electrical problems because the car won't start. Is the electrical on 2005 different from 2006?

In my opinion, if your steering wheel is straight, and not pulling, and your tire wear is even, I wouldn't worry about it. Alignments are usually done for those reasons, and for major front end parts replacements.
Take a flashlight and look again under the dash.near where the plastic trim ends at knee level , drivers side I think on your car. If you have just had your tires changed or rotated your sensors themselves may need to be reprogrammed
its in the trunk, remove the panel that says navigation, hit the eject button and replace the disk. make sure the car is on while you do this. it will automatically load the new disk
