I have a Ford Escape, and my check engine light is on. When I drive it is jumps like its not getting any gas. When I turn on the AC it jumps more like its a misfire. Also when its jump the alt. light comes on on while it jumping when it stops jumping the light stop jump. When it starts jumping i have to speed up or slow down for it to stop jumping . Please Help.

First question is always - is the check engine light on ? Could be ignition or fuel problems such as spark plugs or coils, low fuel pressure or a failing sensor.
this light is indicating your engine has low oil pressure sensed at idle, have the oil pressure checked with a special mechanical oil gauge, if the oil pressure checks ok then just replace the oil pressure sending unit, do this ASAP, if u do really have low pressure u can damage the engine bearings, a very expensive fix.
You may be losing the speedo cable. Others have reported the light flashing related to this. You may also want to check tranny oil condition (color should be clear red, and smell should not have a burnt smell to it)...
Check your alternator drive belt if thats ok get the alternator tested .Your battery may have enough juice to power the lights but not enough to turn the engine . Try jump starting it. Hope this helps
