If their all inop? Look first at fuses, If fuses are good, Check the master switch (Left door) for correct power and ground. If you have both that switch is failed

Power windows, ac, and clock don't work

I don't see how the engine overheating could have been involved since all three components are on different circuits.
Unless something happened to a power source under the hood such as a fuseable link wire.
You will need a book to find the wiring diagrams to test the circuits.
Sometimes you can get the diagrams from the online auto parts stores such as auto zone.
