Take it back because it doesn't function the way you paid for it to function correctly. Good luck.

Verso gearbox leaking oil

There is a seal in the gearbox and this has been damaged so oil is leaking past it out of the gearbox. You will have to carefully replace this seal, to do this you need to take the gearbox out of the car, put it on a bench and carefully remove the old seal and press in a new one.

I have a leak coming from inside the bell housing of my transaxle leaking onto my clutch making it slip new clutch replaced less than a week ago and rear main seal replaced oil smells like gear oil (rotten...

There is an oil seal on the gearbox/transaxle input shaft. If this has failed it will leak oil on to the clutch. It might be able to be replaced by just removing the gearbox again to access the seal. Most likely though is, the gearbox will need to be opened up to replace it.

if engine oil then it's the rear crank shaft seal and if it's gearbox oil then it's your gearbox seal.Either way you will have to pull your gearbox apart.

Mercedes c class with tiptonic gearbox. It seems to have got stuck in a low gear when I slowed down for a roundabout. When I accelerated to 50/60 mph, the rev counter was way too high and no auto gear...

It seems oil level is low in your gearbox, and it most likely leaking from adapter bushing ( where cable is connected to gearbox).
You need to replace seals or complete bushing and correct oil level.
Better if you visit your mechanic.

Hi ford ka seem to lose power a couple of days ago seemed to be revvin badly now car broken down still fires up ok n goes into gear but just revs there in no drive smells like cluch but also a fair bit off...

Could be the crank oil seal, behind the flywheel, leaking oil onto the clutch assembly. Check oil level and look under the engine for oil droplets on the engine/gearbox joint or the underpan and crossmembers.

GM AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION IN ROLLS ROYCE SILVER SHADOW

Hi, if the ar was garaged over 6 years, then you must definitely add oil to the gearbox. probably there is none in it. Generally if you stop a RR Silver Shadow or , stop the car for some months, it will once you drove some km and stop again, lose about 0,5 liter of gear oil. That is the joint that is between engine and gearbox that gets dry. The problem will stop over about a week of usage.

Oil leaking from crack in houseing attached to back end of gearbo

If you can see the crack plainly, you will need to have a transmission shop fix it for you or your isuzu dealer, good luck.
but it may have just the rear seal on the transmission started leaking, and where the castings come together, looks like a crack, and just replace the seal.
good luck;)
