Turn signals hazard lights and lights that flash when I lock the doors all went out at same time. Tried a fuse (flashers) and replaced the hazard relay plug in thing. Neither worked. Also fiddled with hazard lights as auto repairman told me this may work. It didn't.

How do I know my blinker relay is bad on my 1998 Oldsmobile Delta 88

Check it by using your hazard lights. If they flash, the relay is OK and you have a woring issue.

2004 Chevy Silverado dash lights and turn signal stopped working. Do you have a wiring diagram?

You probably need a turn signal / hazard flasher module located in the under hood fuse box. These go out all the time .
Turn Signal/Hazard Lamps
The IGN E 10-amp fuse in the underhood fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the turn signal/hazard switch assembly. The FLASH 25-amp fuse in the instrument panel (I/P) fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the turn signal/flasher module and ground is supplied at G200. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the LEFT or RIGHT position, a voltage signal is completed from the turn signal switch to the turn sign/flasher module. When the hazard flasher switch is activated, a ground signal is completed from the turn signal/hazard switch to the turn sign/flasher module. The turn sign/flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal through the LT TRLR, RT TRLR, LT TURN or RT TURN 10-amp fuses in the I/P fuse block to the appropriate turn signal or to all 4 fuses for hazard operation. The instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicators receive voltage from the LT TURN and RT TURN fuses as well as the driver door module (DDM)/passenger door module (PDM) for the mirror turn signals. The DDM/PDM has no function or control of the mirror turn signals other that a pass through connection for the circuits. The audio chime is also activated when the turn signals are ON. When the hazard switch is pressed, all turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn indicators. The front turn signals are grounded at G100. The rear turn signals are grounded at G401. The Mirror turn signals are grounded by the DDM/PDM.

The hazard back lights wont quit blinking when car is running even when i pull the fuse on a 2002 buick regal

What fuse are you pulling ?

Hazard Lamps
The hazard warning switch is part of the turn signal switch. The turn signal switch receives battery voltage at all times through the HAZARD SWITCH Fuse. When the hazard switch is placed in the HAZARD position, battery voltage is applied to the hazard lamp/turn signal lamp flasher. The hazard lamp/turn signal lamp flasher sends a turn signal flasher signal to the turn signal switch. The turn signal switch provides all of the turn lamps and turn indicators with the turn signal flasher signal, simultaneously flashing them on and off.

Turn Signal Lamps
The front turn signal lamps are made up of the front park/turn signal lamps and rear turn signal lamps. The front turn signal lamps flash with the rear turn signal lamps when a turn is initiated using the turn signal/multifunction lever. The turn signals will operate only with the ignition switch in the RUN position and will not operate during hazard flasher operation.
When the ignition is turned to the RUN position, battery voltage is supplied to the TURN SIGNAL Fuse. Battery voltage is then applied through the turn signal fuse circuit to the turn signal switch. When the turn signal switch is placed in the LH or RH position, voltage is supplied to the hazard lamp/turn signal lamp flasher. The hazard lamp/turn signal lamp flasher supplies a turn signal flasher signal to the turn signal switch. With the turn signal switch in the LH or RH position the corresponding turn signal indicator, rear turn signal, and front turn signal receive the turn signal switch signal and will flash. The front turn signals receive the turn signal switch signal from the turn signal switch via the BCM. The turn lamps are permanently grounded.

Replace the turn signal switch. Refer to Multifunction, Turn Signal, and Hazard Switch Replacement - On Vehicle in Steering Wheel and Column - Tilt.

2000 tacoma flashers don't work but turn sig do work!

The hazard switch gets power from the horn fuse which is hot all the time, and from the turn signal fuse which is hot when the key switch is on. The turn signal switch gets power from the hazard switch and both use the same flasher.
So if the turn signals work but the hazard switch does not power the lights, and both fuses have power, I would say the problem is inside the hazard switch.

How to fix turn signal on 86 Chevy Astro Van

you don`t say but do the lights work either on the front/back on both sides.if not then it may be a fuse that needs replacing or need a bulb replacement.if the lights work but don`t flash then it sounds like a signal flasher problem.the flasher is located in the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side.if the hazard flashers work then turn them on to find the hazard flasher by the fuse panel then you will know what the signal flasher looks like and change the signal flasher.make sure you change the one for the signals and not the hazard one.if the hazards work then i would say the signal switch is good as the hazards work through the same switch.

92 caprice classic turn signals not working, but the bulbs are fine. Hazards, brakes, etc all work fine. Any ideas?

Yes, the problem is the turn signal flasher is defective. You can has two flasher relays. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. That is why the hazard lights flash and the turn signals do not. Replace the turn signal flasher relay located on the drivers side of the steering column, mounted behind the instrument cluster in the convenience center. They are both mounted in the same location so turn on the hazard lights and the one that you put your finger on that is not clicking is the turn signal relay.

Ok a friend gave me a 1996 toyota 4 runner the turn signals only work when u do them maualy rigth or left i CANNOT find the emergency flasher switch location neither ive replaced the flasher relays and the...

Yes your right the emergency flasher switch is the flasher and located in the middle of the dash and it has a triangle on it with a point up and a ! in the middle. It's dark red in color and when depressed lights up red and flashes ( if it's working like it's supposed to ) If the fuse for hazard is blown the flasker won't work on turn singal either. The fuse for the hazard is hot all the time and the turn fuse is only on with the key. You might find that when you find the button and push i thaqt the turn signals work normally and after you find why the flashers doesn't work on hazard then the hazards will work too.
with the hazard switch poped out of the dash ( it just pries out) it'll have lot's of wires one will be hot all the time and another will become hot when you turn the key on. the other wires go to the turn signal switch. If you find that the switch works fine and it still does flash on turn but it does flash on hazard with it on as a hazard go around and look at all of the lights. They have to work on both the frontand the back and the indicators in the cluster ( speedometer head ) If they all work and are bright ( not dim light the running light) The hazard switch is bad as it's the flasher is made into it.
