I never worked on a Suzuki so if this has a distributor look for a connector that has the letter T on it
If it is a distributorless ignition the inginition module will have the same marking for the tachometer.
If you do not see any reference such as I mentioned do not connect any wires anywhere for this tach until you know from someone else that has a better idea

Suzuki samurai is getting 12olts to coil but no spark out of coil wire, tried a good coil, ecm, and a good distributer still no spark. Could it be my iginition switch

connect a fast light to the positive side of the battery, then touch the negative side of the coil. have someone to start the vehicle to see if the light flashes. if it doesn't flash the you need to check for broken wires or bad connections to the distributor. if it does flash then the good coil isn't any good.

Negative wire on coil to hook up tach on 1995 taurus gl 3.8 v6.. tach instructions say i need to hook to negative side on coil for pickup...but diagram is for older or traditional ford coil... one negative...

If you have a good look at the coil, it should still have a positive and negative sign on it somewhere. Try not let the extra wires confuse you too much. These are for the ignition module in the distributor. let me know if you need further clarification after you've had a look.
