Question about 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Sounds like the passenger door module needs replaced. It is built into the window switch.

For anyone still following this, I had this problem and it was a broken wire in the driver door, in the tubing between the door and frame. Open door and find the wiring tubing going into the driver's door. Open it and find a brown wire. Check this wire for breaks. Mine was broken and I spliced back together and everything works fine. This controls window switch, door locks and I believe power mirror in left door. This seems to be a common problem in Silverados.
