Depends. Some vehicles require that you reach under the front bumper to replace a turn signal bulb (if the turn signal is in bumper). Whether you reach from under the vehicle or under hood, simply grasp the clip and turn in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Usually the clip is attached to the light socket itself, so be careful not to break the clip. If the bulb has a flat base, just pull the bulb straight out. If it has the round base, push and turn the bulb to pull out.

there is not a separate fuse for the right rear turn signal, its probably the bulb. you will need to remove the tail lamp from the vehicle to get to the bulb
The outside brake light bulbs are changed by removing the entire
light module from the body. The module is held in place by two screws
hidden by round plastic covers that pop out with a small screw
driver. You will see the two round screw covers along the rubber
moulding when you open the rear hatch. The outside edge of the module
is plugged into the body with plastic prongs that will pop loose will you pull the module with your hands. The module will now only be attached by the slack bulb wires and you can twist the socket out of the module from the back.
If it a picture of rear of car lights it means you have a rear bulb out. If the light says BRAKE your emergency brake may be depressed one notch or low fluid level in master cylinder.
