Did you check to see if the child safety lock may have been activated? If so the door will only open from the outside.Try removing the power door lock switch/arm rest assembly to see if the door lock switch can be jumped out in the event the door lock switch is burnt out.
Does the Infiniti have an exterior key lock cylinder on the rear door? If so try to get a key to open the lock, it may be very difficult to remove the door panel when the door is sealed closed, but if you can that may be your only salvation short of attemting anslim jim door opening tool down the side of the door glass in ho[pes to trip the door linkage lock thus opening the door.
