the code for the radio should definately be in your owners manual. vw and audi made sure of this. otherwise audi dealer should be able to help you get the code which is stored up in a memory base in germany. good luck

try puling the fuse out of the back of the radio and then letting it sit for an hour then you have to push a sequance of buttons to put the radio code in so it will unlock
Did you buy the car 2nd hand? If you have an Audi service history, call the main dealer who used to service it and they will hopefully have the code still. I had exactly the same and Leicester Audi were very helpfull for me.
