1388 is the auto shutdown relay. I'd check that first as if there is no signal coming from there it can disrupt other functions. 622 is a problem problem with the alternator field. check the wiring on the alternator and make sure there is continuity between the alt field and the computer. 340 is the pickup coil in the distributor (cam sensor) I'd check that last as it may read that way due to the asd relay problem. Best manual to use for electrical is chiltons.
Testimonial: "Thanks for your reply, but my Cherokee continues to explosions at boot and off, change IAC, cleaned Camshaft sensor, 1 minute and turns off. Apply scanner and read "Not detected Best Regards"
If your scanner is not reading the system, how did you get the codes you posted? In your last reply you mentioned doing things I did not recommend and it seems you did not do anything I did.
My recommendations are not a guaranteed "fix" but are based on the codes you wrote.
I recommend that you either get yourself a manual and read it over 'till you understand it completely or have a good reliable shop take a look at it for you.
Ok the part I don't agree with is cleaning the cam sensor, I haven' t seen anyone clean one and actually make it work.
Check all fuses as well. Hope you are working from a good manual!
After clearing the codes drive it and re-test codes (usually around 20 miles will do).

Sorry for not explaining well. Please accept my apologies.
In this respect I inform you what I did the day after his first response:
Code 1388 ASD relay change switch . Code 622 check alternator and wiring, grounding was too loose. Regularly checking wiring, so good.
Code 340 Camshaft sensor remove, clean and connect again.
This engine right and worked normal. Put scanner and read "NO FAULT DETECTING.
Saturday 06 did not run, we checked everything, would not ignite.
Today 07 Jun<: IAC change, change Camshaft sensor. No power. The scanner is not available today. Scanner will post tomorrow.
Excuse me for my little knowledge about it.
Best Regard
