Window handle broke off.

You will need to remove the door card to expose the workings of the window winding gear as something has either broken, like teeth on a winding gear, or something has fallen off, like a guide wire.
It can be difficult to work out how to remove the card, but it entails removing the winder handle, the door pull handle/arm rest and the door locking button. Best bet is to google or youtube search.

is it auto or manuel have you tried topping up the gear box oil it sounds to me as if there is not enough in it when you go down hill the oil is going to the sender unit in the box thats if its an auto which in turn lets the gears change

The accent uses a roll pin, not a c clip. you have to drive out the roll pin to remove handle.

Yes its possible, the roller has come out of the track You would have to remove the arm rest and panel screws off and remove the cover with the door open unsnap the clips on the door and let the door hang down use a flashlight to see the roller that's off track pick the glass up and slid into the glass guides and move the window up till you get the roller into the track, have the key on in case you need to raise the window up or down to get it to go into the track, if the roller is broke you can buy one at a junk yard, if the roller is ok then the stop pin may have fallen out and you will have to use a roll pin to keep the roller from coming out of the track. get a new lever punch out the roll pin that holds it in.replace lever and reinstall roll pin

sounds like you have a bent or broken parking pin in the trans

i assume you have checked fuses if its power window right?

now ususlly the handle comes off with about two big phillips screws. #2 screwdriver is needed, then remove the cover for the mirror..sometimes screwed in, sometimes attached with push pins. remove the power window and door switch panel (if it has power windows) or remove the window handle, with a 90 degree pick or small screw driver, careful not to lost the clip..once removed then you can remove the screws at the bottom of the door panel..i think sometimes 3 or 4..if not, then its all held in by push pins...CAREFULLY pry behind the door panel and pull STRAIGHT out until all clips are let out and lift up on panel to remove it from window cill.

you'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. Then pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything.Sounds like the linkages, or the gears of the regulator are done
