I need to remove the passenger side front door on a 2003 Hyundai Elantra to do some body work. I have everything taken off the door but I can't figure out how to disconnect that big electrical connector from the door to the car. How does that come apart? I have all the connectors in the door disconnected. The heavy rubber strain relief going into the door seems too solid to pry out and where it connects into the car almost seems like a plug but I'm not sure how to get it apart. My Haynes manual and the Alldata system at the library don't show this detail.
Thanks!!

SOURCE: 2003 Hyundai Elantra.. Numerous problems with the alarm.....
Go to http://www.hmaservice.com/ and register (vehicle by VIN). Afterward, you'll have access to technical information (manuals, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, etc) about your vehicle.
SOURCE: ELANTRA ALARM PROBLEM
If the alarm keeps going off constantly and the remote has no influence on the alarm its most likely a connection problem. A hyundai dealer might be able to fix it but since you can start the car something you might be able to try is....
Check and make sure the remote battery is in the right way. Make sure all of the doors are closed, the trunk is closed, open the hood, connect the battery, close the hood all the way and try to lock and unlock the doors. Hope this works but if not, sorry it didn't work.

unless you can discover what DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) has been recorded/set in the control module, it's anyone's guess.
