HI: To remove the Lens for your Rear Lights ,Just remove them from inside your Trunk: You'll Proball Beable to See The Hold Down Studs and Nuts Holding them In Place By Removing some of your Trunks Interior Linings In and Around Where your Tail Lights Are Mounted.Just Remove only the Interior Panels To Expose Your Access To Removing Your Tail Light Lens/Or Covers. I have not yet worked on a Pilot, but from experiance, a lot of tail lights are pulled from the inside and not the out. You may check to see if it comes out from the trunk and not straight off the back from the outside.
gabenevins, a lot of places are selling the entire assembly and not just the lens. I would continue looking until you find just the lens unless you want to buy the whole piece. I do not know what the cost difference is. Perhaps pjpc might be able to tell you where to get just the lens.

You will have to pry off the lens CAREFULLY using a small screwdriver. There are two little plastic protrusions on each long side of the lens which fit into the casement. You can ease the casement away from the lens enough to get it to pop out. Re-inserting it is the same, but probably easier.
Gently, give it a try.

I just changed my rear turn signal. Really easy. There is two 1/4 inch bolts visible when you open the tailgate. Take both of those out and gently lift the light housing out towards the outside of the vehicle. There is two small clamps on the other side of the fixture that just slide right out when you pull on it. There you go
