How to remove a starter on 1993 chevy lumina?

Find a place that clean remove as much as part in order as you can. oil pan drop it transmission pan drop it battery remove and keep thing clean as possible. starter intake everything fan power pump and radiator than you can remove hood and get a lift for engines and unbolt the trans than the motor mounts

3.1 vin T
3x sensor firewall side of engine above oil pan between transmission
24x sensor behind crank pulley/ balancer

"TPS" stands for Throttle Position Sensor. It is located in the same place that all TPS sensors are located - on the throttle body.

Not that bad, jack up front of car used jack stands, starter sit between radiator and engine, on engine block above oil pan, disconnect battery 1st.

most cars have a switch on the clutch or automatic transmission that will not allow car to start unless switch is closed your uncle bypassed that switch when he jumped it at the solinoid there is a possibility that the switch for the starter
at the column is bad but not as common as the other switch

Under hood, center, rear engine area, passenger side of blower motor, mounted on upper firewall That should help you fix your vehicle

disconnect neg batt cable. as required remove nuts from a/c compressor and eng brace, adjacent to starter, if neessary. remove nut from eng cross brace. using a pry bar between upper eng mount and eng pry rerward and support eng.if nessary remove oil filter, air induction tube and cooling fan. Disconnect wiring at starter, and (note!!!!)position. good luck

It might physically appear to look the same . but the valve body within thw transmission will contain differences
