If you have a test light, connect direct to wire feeding tail light and a body ground to see if there is power. If there is, take probe and touch ground wire of bulb. If you test light comes on, you have lsot ground. If this has helped, please post as helpful. For faster help, please go live chat

there shouldent be a junction box it will split from the lomb from the same wire going to the rear of the car if the bulb works and there is no power to wire there will be a break in the wire some where usually it would break where it gets twisted possibley where the wires go into the cluster check to see if cluster is ok all conections work check to make sure that the harness going into cluster is fitted correctley also check does it have two fog lights as most cars only have 1 and the other is a dummy one with a spair bulb if not you can do a splitter wire from the other side to make the light work hope this makes sence ivan uk

AIMING

  1. Park the car on a level surface, at least 25 ft. (7.6m) from a wall that is perpendicular to the ground surface. Make sure there is no excess weight in the trunk, unless you normally travel with that amount of weight in the car. Bounce the car a few times to settle the suspension.
  2. Measure and record the distance from the ground to the center of each fog light lens.
  3. Turn the fog lights on and adjust so the hot-spots (lit area of most concentrated intensity) are 4 in. (10cm) below the height of the lenses. The ADJUSTING screw is located at the top right corner of the fog light.

2004 Saab 9.3 Conv Passenger side front & rear fog lights will not work. New bulbs. Why? What to do? Is there a fuse for just those on right side? All other lights work fine.

Sounds like similar problem I had on my older 93 - one side main beam and brake light not working. Turned out to be a problem with the filament testing relay. Got it resoldered and now ok.
