2000 montana ac not cold also the front right vents blows very good cold but not to cold and the left side doesnt blow very cold and not cold

the heater vacuum motor and lines needs to be checked.Also get the blend door checked.

NO HEAT ON FLOOR VENTS

Hard to read your question, do you mean it blows cold air out of the front vents and hot air out of the rear passenger vents?

If the air coming out of the front is just cool and not cold, and the rear vents are warm, you have low freon and need to have it serviced.

Either the door that controls whether air from the heater or ac is stuck in between or the ac system is having trouble. Minivans sometimes have seperate compressors for the rear and front.

That is correct, the air blend door actuator. "flapper valve" may need to be replaced or cleaned and free from binding up. Good luck and hope this helps. If there is an Auto Zone in your area, they can order the part you need and give you the step by step instructions to removing the old actuator and replacing it if it's damaged. Vacuum line has to be connected to this system in order for it to work properly.

on my 99 devillle concours cold air blows from left and back vents but hot air blows from right vents

Check and replace the right side temp-controller.

Damper/flap for driver's side is probably stuck. Try moving the selector from cold to hot several times. Also, move the recirc/outside air control if the previous doesn't work.
