Some transmissions don't have sticks. Instead they have two plugs on the right side of the transmission, one is to check, the other to fill. You have to pull the bottom plug out, and if any fluid seeps out, it is full, if not, pull the top plug out and fill it up till it seeps out the bottom hole. Make sure you fill it with the right stuff, there are only about 250 different kinds out there. Type, F, 1, 2, 2e, 3, 3e, 4, 5, 6, etc, etc, Hope this helps.
