does it have spark and fuel?

  • Anonymous May 30, 2010

could be a blocked fuel filter / check spark by by taking plug out and resting it on the car body and turn the car over if no spark it will be either ignitor or coil and another thing plugs might need renewed

SOURCE: 1991 honda civic si starting problem

have you check the ground wire from your negative wire to battery post? check to see the battery is strong. if it doesn't turn over the engine or crank the engine mean no good ground to the cables. if the car ran fine I dont understand why the car wont crank or turn the motor over it just quit. if the battery check out strong 12 V, starter serenoid may be faulty on your starter or it may be hot and will not turn starter over.

SOURCE: while driving the heater will start blowing cold

You may have a thermostat that is starting to fail. It is probably sticking. If you have a termperature gauge see if the termperature is low at the same time it blows cold air or if you can catch it when it's blowing cold air carefully check the temperature of your radiator hoses at the same time.

1986 honda civic si over heating what could be the problem

Theres only 3 things that it could be.1.radiator cloged or won`t hold water,2.waterpump is bad,or 3.The thermostate is frozen closed.Thats saying that you`r belts aren`t slipping and that you`r water hoses are in good shape.
