Where do you drain gas in a 2008 Cadillac Escalade ESV

There is no drain for the gas tank. It either has to be syphoned out or pumped out by use of the fuel pump.

How many fuel filters are on a 2003 Cadillac Escalade esv ?

There is only one fuel filter on a 2003 Cadillac, If I remember correctly the fuel filter on my 03' was on the frame rail drivers side rear and it was pretty simple to replace. You do need a fuel filter fuel line quick release tool, common to by at any parts store with the fuel filter that should be replaced every 15,000 to 25,000 miles or once a year.

2003 escalade will not start after running it out of gas

My wife ran out of gas once and I had to bleed the fuel lines of air that had been sucked in before gas would travel through the lines. Kinda like you would have to bleed air out of hydraulic brake lines.

Ran out of gas. Put gas into SUV but still will not start??

The fuel pump has most likely frozen up from overheating it, the pump (located in the fuel tank) is cooled by the gas it is submersed in, anytime the tank is run lower than 1/4 the pump gets hot from coming out of the gas in the tank, this shortens the life allot. You are going to have to replace the pump.
