Sounds like either a blend door actuator fault, or a climate control head fault. Either way, you may have to get deep into the dash for repairs.

Hope it helps. Good Luck!

I would disconnect the fan connector and use contact cleaner to clean the connection. Usually corrosion. Also fan might be going bad (Common Problem).

My front defrost wont work

If the moisture is oily, your heater core could be leaking.
If the moisture is dry, check to see if your ac compressor is running in defrost mode.
The air cond dries the air in defrost mode.

Does the engines electric cooling fan turn on when it gets hot? Does it cool off if you turn the AC on?

The fan blower stays on after I have turned off the AC & heater.

You will need to replace the Final stage resistor. You can find the part at your dealer, or get it at other parts stores. This is a common issue.

1998 dodge caravan wont switch from heat to ac

if the a / c does not cool you just feel warm inside because the gate that divides the box where the heater is mounted in the evaporator and the a / c heater is next to this is because the control panel will not work this is a electronic card that can easily replace

1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo AC blower wont work on high

I'd check the relay and the resistor ...don't have a location for yours but the resistor is always installed into the heater box so it stays cool. you can usually follow the wiring back to the relay as it's generally nearby. Resistor looks like a piece of circuit board material with several wires connected to it with two screws holding it to the heater box so it sits flush except for the wires. It has several coils inside...any that are broken have failed.
