Your Fuel Pump Module is bad. It is located behind the battery on the passenger side. Remove the plastic cover next to the battery, you will see the ECM, behind it, there are 3 boxes, 1 for AC, 1 for OVP, and one for Fuel Pump Control Module. They all have labels for identification on replacement.
Drain the coolant Remove air cleaner assembly Disconnect water hoses from radiator Remove drive belt Remove power steering pump Remove water pump drive pulley Loosten hose clamps on cylinder head tp water pump cooling line Remove water pump mounting bolts and water pump
Just reverse these procedures to install new pump.
