Look below the dash on the driver's side. Locate the fuse box, and remove the cover. The fuse should be labled with a diagram on the cover. Pull it out (sometimes they provide you with a fuse puller in that fuse box). Look at the metal lead inside. If it is broken in the middle. Replace the fuse

1997 Nissan sentra. No lights brake/tail/turn signals on the rear section of vehicle. All front lighting works. What could cause this? Wiring diagram would help

1st check the fuse box. The corresponding fuse for that set of lights could be blown. If so, replace it with one of the same voltage.

If its not blown, next check all the light bulbs and terminals to their sockets. (With the light swithed off...checking solder or crimp connectors for breaks or corrosion)

If these are good, it might be a short in the wires to the lights. That is best fixed by a mechanic.

Why does my Cruise Control light flash when engaging?

Its the brake system.
The flashing light tells you something is wrong with the cruise components. Could be the brake light switch, or the ABS if equipped.

My dash taillights dont work on my 1997 nissan

Turn on the hazard switch to check if the bulbs light up. If they do, the problem is probably with the headlight switch itself.
