It is as simple as removing the nut and pulling it off and sliding the new one on. Once you get it back replace the belt and set it to the correct tension.
It is as simple as that. Without a belt tension gauge a good rule of thumb is about 1 inch of deflection at the longest belt run.
On your engine it's 1 inch between the power steering pump and the air conditioner compressor.
