Pull the starter and have it tested. I have purchased a bad one brand new before. If it passes the test make sure the block is clean where it bolts up. This is to make sure it grounds good. If all of this is good you need to check the ignition switch at the bottom of the steering column. Sometimes this switch will malfunction and not allow the key to engage the starter.

Pass side fuse box dead after arching the battery, no power

Chances are its one of the fuseable links at the starter. The car gets some of its power thru those wires. They look like regular wires except they have an internal fuse. You may need a wiring diagram to figure out which circuit is affected.

2002 buick Lesabre (Limited) - When operating the AC I have warm air coming out of the on driver's side vents and cold air on coming out the passanger side vents.

check battery, battery cables, starter, starer solenoid, check if your battery have any power left, by turning lights on, if light is strong then on the starter motor, remove the remote wire, the thin wire connected to the starter from the ign. switch, instead of the remote cable, try to by pass it, with battery voltage, with ign switch on on pasition, if your starter works the starter is good if not change the estater, if starter works then check the remote wire, could be damage, could be the starter switch, fuse , or the starter relay. when working on car always make sure if the engine starts there is rotsting components. Thanks

Underhood fuse block swap out relay #7 thats the ECM relay.
Ground Circuits Using a DVOM, touch negative voltmeter lead to a good ground. Touch positive voltmeter lead to each ground terminal. With vehicle running, voltmeter should indicate less than one volt. If reading is greater than one volt, check for open, corrosion and loose connection on ground lead. See ECM GROUND LOCATION table for ECM ground location.

1993 jeep grand cherokee wont start

check all fuses in power distribution center near battery and make sure all wires you removed from starter went back on starter and not hanging somewhere. There is a possibility that before you changed the starter there was something wrong that was causing the starter not to operate. Also check that power is going to and out of the ignition switch and starter relay (relay also powers up the ignition system which is why you have no fire)

Signal light problem

If the signal lights don't work on either side, front and back, check the flasher, usually located on the fuse block. If this isn't it, let me know, we can continue from that point.
