Do I need any special tool to replace front strutts and bearring plates on a 2002 Toyota Camry XLE?

It is not as easy as in the good old days. By far the best DIY prospect is to have a specialist suspension shop press out the old bearing after you remove the hub assembly, and press in the new one, as mentioned here

Incidentally, to separate the tie-rod ends, get a tool like this

You will see that the bearing itself is pressed into the steering knuckle, and the hub is pressed into that assembly. You need to have a shop press, like one of these

and the right size press plates and mandrels. Some people use large sockets for that purpose.

Just using very big hammers, as we all used to do, will only damage the bearing in this design.

unless you can replace pads/rotors, I would say take it to a mechanic.
If this only happens on uneven surfaces, it could also have something to do with front struts or control arm bushings.
Best to have a pro check it out.

this a v-6 if you have 4 senser they are inf front and behind each converter car needs to be lifted up and requires special sockets

no special tool are needed but a good johnson bar and socket set.

raise the front end off the ground on Jack stands. then try to find play on the wheel. it must be off the ground. I guess it your wheel bearings

SST stands for Special Service Tool. You can usually buy these tools on line of some of them at AutoZone

You will need to use the tool to take tnesion off the belt to replace. I suggest you either take a picture or draw how the belt is routed

They just slide off; no special tools necessary.

I have similar issue with my 03 Camry XLE. I replaced the left side headlight bulb and the light still not coming on. Thanks in advance for the help.
