I was cruisin down the road in my 76 blazer and engine quit runnin. i popped the hood and seen that there was no fuel in my inline filter so thought it was fuel pump. Put new one on and still no fuel. What would you say. Clogged fuel line

No, a bad temp sensor won't kill it. But over heating it will.

run fault codes and check for cam/crank angle position sensor fault. Check that the cam shaft is turning over (broken cam belt) Check operation of the immobiliser and check that the fuel pump is still working.

should be under your hood on the edge where the radiator is there is a few diagrams there timing settings vacume hoses etc if they are gone just use your search engine on images intesd of web it will pop right up

Try having a friend lightly push down (lightly so not to damage) on the hood while the cable is beiung pulled. If that does not work look through the grill. On the left side (drivers side) of the latch there is an eyelet where the cable goes to. Use a long screwdriver of something to push it towards the radiator support.
One the hood is open grease the latch! You can also try to loosen it some. Look at the pin on the hood. There is a lock nut. Loosen the lock nut and turn that pin out some. Too much and the hood will rattle as you go down the road.

ok try this put it in park and reeve the engine see if it has a miss or bogs down see if a fuel problem/airproblem or tranny problem thencome back and post again letting me know

does it run rough after warm up??or cold too,,u mite have a vacuum leak,,,take some injection cleaner spay,,carb or brake cleaner spray,,seen many different spays used,,,but spay around air intake,,around base,,see if engine will stumble,,also seen temp censer problems,,where its tell the ecu that the motors cold,so it rich-ens the fuel,,injector,,hoped it helped,,

If memory serves me the blower motor is just above the passenger's feet under the dash. It is held in with 9/32" (7mm) screws if I remember correctly. There may be a plastic cover that needs to be removed first.

if V6 engine check wiring loom on left head to inner guard (pull and wiggle loom while engine running ) have seen breaks in this section engine will nearly stall or miss a beat/stall if wiring at fault

sounds like the modular card under distributor cap/had a 1988 blazer same problem no spark at times
