If it's not under the hood, then the only other place BMW places their batteries is in the trunk. Since it's a Sport Wagon, pull up where the rear spare would be and it will be there, usually on the right hand side.

I have a 2007 530 xi and will not run without spraying it. Has only 9.5 volts to the fuel pump during cranking

The voltage is ok, maybe the pump's fuel pressure check valve is defective and the fuel pressure bleeds off and that causes a hard start.

Where is the battery in my 2007 bmw 328 sports wagon located?

The battery is in the trunk. You need to lift up the carpet against the back right portion of the wall of the trunk. That cover is on pretty good and takes some force to break it free as them tabs are stuck there pretty good. Mess with the cover a bit and it will come up. Then there is a bar that removing a couple of nuts will let you remove and then the cables can be removed.
