P0361
Ignition Coil K Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

ALL P0xxx codes are universal for ALL OBDII - equipped cars
(every car sold in America since '96 model year; and a few mfr's prior to that).

If your '95 is OBD-II, that's the code.
BUT, yours *might* be the same goofy "OBD-I.5" that GM put into '94 & '95 GA's; those sockets aren't OBD-II compliant, and God may not even know those old codes.

BTW, codes with P1xxx are manufacturer-specific.

The P0xxx codes can be found at:

Good Luck

What needs to be done for a 1998 buick regal cylyinder 3 misfire??

it is not just one thing but many checks that need to be preformed. 1st run the powertrain control module fault codes, if one is present stop there and find the cause, if no codes then check for spark, no spark replace the ness parts, start with the plug and the plug wire to that cylinder, let me know what you find out.
